Help us ensure girls lead Africa’s STEM future.

In just six years, thanks to a community of donors, volunteers and partners, we have educated 125 gifted young African women from 12 African countries. We have provided them with a world-class education and instilled them with the skills and values they need to be the leaders who will transform their continent.

Our corporate partners have helped us to turn ASA from an idea into a leading STEM-focused academy in Africa. Our Friends of ASA ensure that we can continue to provide all of our students with full scholarships. And, our volunteers have helped us seek out gifted and underserved students across the continent and provide them with a truly life-changing education.

As we look towards our next five years, we plan to grow, expand and provide even more students in need with the opportunities they deserve. There are many ways you can get involved to support our work.

Make a gift

You can invest in the education of exceptional young African women and empower them with the skills they need to drive forward Africa’s STEM future. Volunteer

You can volunteer to help us with fundraising to drive forward our aims of creating a pipeline of STEM talent in Africa and addressing gender disparities in STEM. Our volunteers also include guest speakers at the school, advisors, mentors and volunteers who support our recruitment efforts across Africa to ensure we reach the brightest young women regardless of their financial background.
